Jobs for America's Graduates (JAG) is a school-to-career program implemented in 1,000 high schools, alternative schools, community colleges, and middle schools across the United States and the United Kingdom. In the U.S. Virgin Islands, it is implemented in the four public high schools on the islands of St. Thomas and St. Croix. JAG's mission is to keep young people in school through graduation and provide them with work-based learning experiences that will lead to career advancement opportunities or enrollment in a post-secondary institution that leads to a rewarding career. 

JAG is a U.S. national nonprofit corporation established in 1980 for the purpose of assisting state affiliates in building a statewide organizations to achieve the goals of the program. Thirty-five students from Ivanna Eudora Kean High School are participating in the twelve-week work-based learning program, which began March 1, 2017 and will run through May 18, 2017. Students report to their assigned work-based sites Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m. Community partners participating in this year's program are: V.I. Bureau of Internal Revenue, V.I. Department of Education Curriculum Center, V.I. Water and Power Authority, Colormax Virgin Islands,  V.I. Fire Prevention, Roy L. Schenider Regional Medical Center,  Blooming Things, District Court of the Virgin Islands, V.I. Police Department,  Legal Services of the Virgin Islands, V.I. Department of Health and Human Services, Legislature of the Virgin Islands, and Healing Wings International.
