The Territory’s public schools will be closed on Fri., November 20 to accommodate professional development training for teachers and school-based personnel. School lunch will not be served that day.
As the Department of Education continues to adjust to teaching and learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, additional training for teachers and support staff will be provided on topics, including, but not limited to Schoology for Teachers, Blended/Virtual Learning Instructional Strategies, Navigating Microsoft Teams, Mental Health Strategies, and others.
Schools will resume normal operations on Mon., November 23.
