2014-15 SCHOOL REOPENING & REPORTING SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES

August 29, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

Location: Cafeteria

ALL parents/gaurdians of returing students will attend an orientation that will focus on the the expectations and focus for parents/guardians of returning students.  The administration will address parents/guardians and present for the school year. Uncollected report cards from last school year can be collected in the cafeteria.

August 29, 2014 at  9:30 a.m. –10:30 a.m.

Location: Media Center 

ALL parents/gaurdians of returing students will make Payments of fees; purchase physical education clothes; pay insurance fee, or bring a copy of their insurance card if the child is covered by their insurance; present immunization cards. All parents of returning students must complete an updated student information form today, and return it to the office. 

Fees are as followed: 

Insurance Fee:  $17.00

PTA Fee:  $10.00 per family

P.E. Uniforms:  Shirts $11.00

Pants $11.00

Technology, Art, Music Fee: $20.00

September 2, 2014 at 8:00 a.m.

 Location: Cafeteria 

ALL returning students in Grades 1-6 will be addressed by the administration; review of the school's rules, requirements and expectations will be shared; then students will be escorted by their teachers to their classes. Student attire is full uniform. Class lists will be displayed in the hallways and outside classrooms.

September 2, 2014 at 9:00 A.M.

ALL Kindergarten students, and parents/guardians will be addressed by the administration; given a brief review of the school's rules and expectations; then escorted by their teachers to their classrooms. All parents of Kindergarten students must complete a student information form today, and return it to the office. All Kindergarten students, and parents/guardians will be addressed by the administration; given a brief review of the school's rules and expectations; then escorted by their teachers to their classrooms.

ALL new & transfer students and parents/guardians will be addressed by the administration, then escorted to classes.  Parents can pay fees, purchase P.E. uniforms, and present a copy of their insurance card. All parents of new and transfer students must complete a student information form today, and return it to the office. All new & transfer students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Student attire is full uniform.
